HOW TO GET YOUR ZIPPO FIXED
If your genuine Zippo lighter is damaged in any way, you can send it back to Zippo to be repaired free of charge. Zippo Lighters have a lifetime guarantee. Remove the inside unit from the lighter and allow the fuel to evaporate for two or three days. Replace the inside unit in the lighter case. Package your lighter securely in an oversized box or padded shipping bag. The Zippo Repair Clinic performs excellent repairs at no charge. Do not attempt to perform repairs yourself, as it could further damage the lighter.
